U.S. Orders: All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking is accessible through your PayPal account.

International Orders: International orders are presently not available until an affordable tracking option presents itself. The cheapest we have seen costs anywhere from $45 to $65 just to ship a package under 3 ounces.

Payment Methods: Credit cards, Debit cards and PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to go through the PayPal checkout system. Payments accepted using the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Order Turn-Around: Bad Horsie is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, we may ship on Saturday. Sunday and Holiday's are not considered a business day by Bad Horsie. All items are in stock at all times.
